Gutter work splits three ways, and the price gap between them is wide. Which one you need is decided by the board behind the gutter, not the gutter.
Cleaning
The cheapest by a distance, and the one that prevents the other two. Cleared by hand and bagged rather than flushed into the downspouts, which just moves the blockage somewhere harder to reach.
Twice a year is a minimum here. Georgia pines shed needles all year, and needles pack tighter than leaves.
Repair
Resealing a joint, rehanging a section, replacing a bracket, refitting a downspout. All of these hold if the fascia behind them is sound.

Replacement
This is where the number jumps, and it is rarely the gutter that failed. Water going over the back edge rots the fascia; the fixings lose their grip; the gutter sags. By then you are paying for timber, not aluminium.
Which is why the cheap visit twice a year is the one that matters.
What we look at
The gutter, the fascia, the soffit and where the downspouts discharge. A downspout emptying against the foundation causes a different and more expensive problem than a blocked gutter.
Gutter cleaning covers what we check. Finished work is on our Facebook page.
