Most of the homes we work in around Woodstock and Cherokee County were built in the late nineties and two-thousands. They were built well, but the finishes have had twenty-plus years of family life, and the way people use a kitchen or a living room has changed since then. A remodel is how you close that gap without moving.
Some jobs are one room. Others start as one room and turn into three, because once the paint and the trim are fresh in one space, the rooms next to it start to look tired. We will tell you honestly which of those you are looking at before you commit.

What we will tell you before you start
How long the work takes, which rooms will be unusable and when, and what the number is. If a job is better done in two stages than one, we will say so. If something you are asking for will not give you the result you are picturing, we will say that too — it is a cheaper conversation to have before the work than after it.

Finishes, paint and stain choices settled before the first day, not during.

The work
Protection down, prep done properly, then the visible work. Site cleaned at the end of each day.

We go through it together. Anything that needs another pass gets one.
Common questions
Can we stay in the house during a remodel?
For most interior work, yes. We work room by room so the rest of the house stays usable, and furniture is moved and covered rather than removed. A full kitchen renovation is the exception — you will be without that room for the duration, so it is worth planning around.
Do you handle the whole job or just parts of it?
Both. Some homeowners want one room painted; others want the interior, the stairs and the deck done in one run. The estimate covers whatever scope you want.
How far ahead do we need to book?
That depends on the season and the size of the job. Call and ask — we would rather give you a real date than a comfortable one.
