Handyman Services in Woodstock, GA

The jobs too small to call a specialist for and too many to keep ignoring. Several in one visit is where the value is.

The jobs that are too small to call a specialist for and too many to keep ignoring. Most of them take an afternoon; the list is what takes months.

Typical visitHalf a day or a day
Best valueSeveral jobs in one visit
Not includedLicensed electrical and gas

Why the list grows

None of it is urgent. A door that catches, a rail that has come loose, trim that was never finished properly behind the door. Each one is ten minutes of annoyance and none of them is worth a phone call on its own — so they wait, and the list gets longer.

The efficient way to handle it is to stop treating them as separate jobs. Write down everything for a month, then have it all done in one visit. The travel and setup cost the same whether we fix one thing or eleven.

What we handle

Doors that stick, drag or will not latch

Loose handrails, banisters and stair spindles

Trim, skirting, architrave and quadrant

Drywall holes, cracks and water-stained patches

Shelving, brackets and wall fixings

Interior and exterior door hardware

Rotten trim boards and fascia sections

Fence panels, gates and latches

Cabinet doors and drawers that have dropped

Caulking around baths, sinks and windows

What we will not do

Anything that needs a licensed electrician or gas fitter. We will tell you plainly rather than take it on, because a handyman doing electrical work is how houses catch fire and how insurance claims get refused.

We can usually tell you who to call.

How it works

  1. 01

    Send the list

Photographs help. The more we know, the closer the estimate.

  2. 02

    We size it

Half a day or a full day, and we say which before we come.

  3. 03

    One visit

We work through the list in order of what matters to you.

  4. 04

    What is left

Anything that turns out to need more than expected, we tell you before doing it.

Common questions

Is there a minimum charge?

There is a minimum visit, which is why several jobs in one trip is far better value than one job on its own.

Do you supply materials?

For small items yes, and they go on the invoice at cost. For anything substantial we will tell you what to buy so you are not paying a margin on it.

What if a job turns out bigger?

We stop and tell you. A rotten trim board that turns out to be a rotten frame is a different job, and you should decide whether to carry on rather than find out afterwards.

Send us the list

Write down everything, however small. Send it with a few photographs and we will tell you whether it is an afternoon or a day.
