The useful distinction is not how hard a job is. It is what happens if it is done wrong.
Handyman work
Doors that stick, loose handrails, trim that was never finished, drywall holes, shelving, fence panels, cabinet doors that have dropped, caulking around baths and windows.
None of it is urgent. All of it is what makes a house feel tired, and all of it is cheaper in one visit than in six.
Where the line is
Anything that would need a licensed electrician or gas fitter. We will say so rather than attempt it — a handyman doing electrical work is how houses catch fire and how insurance claims get refused.

The grey area
Plumbing under a sink, replacing a light fitting on an existing circuit, minor roof work. These are judgement calls, and the right answer depends on what we find when we look rather than on what the job is called.
Why the list matters
Every visit carries a fixed cost before work starts: travel, unloading, setting up, packing away. On one ten-minute repair that overhead is the whole invoice. Across eleven jobs it disappears.

Handyman services covers what we take on. Finished work is on our Facebook page.
